The Grand Boulevard is an architecturally spectacular two-tower residential complex which is located on Burj Dubai Boulevard.
It comprises of 69 and 22 storey towers designed through a collaboration of the Chicago office of Burj Dubai designer Adrian Smith, Gordon Gill Architecture LLP, and local architects.
The Grand Boulevard has an extensive array of indoor amenities including a fully-equipped gymnasium, children's play areas, multimedia room, business centre, game room and lounge areas. Outdoor facilities include a sculptural amphitheatre with framed views of Burj Dubai, swimming pools for adults and children, multi-sports area and landscaped areas.
Located in the vicinity of the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest mall, The Grand Boulevard will have high connectivity with other parts of town through the Burj Dubai Tram service. Other landmarks in close vicinity of the project include Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre and other business nerve-centres in the city.
