Rufi Park View is a real estate project that will be located in Dubai Sports City. The Dubai Sports City complex is the world's first purpose-built sports city that will include sporting venues and academies along with residential and commercial developments. The city is under construction and the first sports facilities and homes will be done in late 2007, The Park View will have studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and a few super luxury penthouses.

The Arena Mall, the largest retail destination within Dubai Sports City, will offer approximately 1.4 million sq ft of leasing space over 2 floors. Presenting some 230 retail outlets, the mall’s diverse retail mix will provide an appealing combination of speciality stores, everyday shopping outlets, and unique sporting and lifestyle products. There will also be a comprehensive range of fast food outlets and family entertainment venues, as well as a multi-screen cinema complex and an entertainment zone with a sporting theme. Retail leasing has now commenced for the Arena Mall.
North Point, Dubai Sports City’s larger retail and commercial hub, will provide visitors with an appealing combination of upscale casual dining and boutique shopping. Stunning views of the waterfront promenade, outdoor seating and a Riviera-style atmosphere will add to its attraction. Situated at the northern end of Dubai Sports City’s central waterway, at the heart of a vibrant downtown district, the venue will offer approximately 210,000 sq ft of leasing space across 92 units. Retail leasing has now commenced for North Point.
South Point, Dubai Sports City’s second retail and commercial hub, will offer a premium dining and shopping experience. Located in close proximity to the sought-after Victory Heights golf course villa community, and anchored by Dubai Sports City’s boutique hotel, South Point will offer a range of high-end luxury goods, boutique shops, and first-class restaurants. Retail leasing for South Point is schedule to open at a later date.
