The villa phase consists of 300 villas built on 9.2 million square foot. This equates to only 18% built up with the remaining 82% as themed botanical gardens and walkways. They are toying with the idea of constructing an Exclusive villa - a very large villa put on two existing plots. Prices for the smallest villa start at 10,500,000 AED and go up to 16 million AED. There are four choices of exterior and four choices of colour for each villa sold.
