Emirates Cluster is the 10th precinct in the Residential District in International City — lies at the northeast end.

Built to provide over 60,000 people with an affordable living experience, International City is divided into nine distinct residential districts, with low-rise blocks offering studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Central District: Spread over 21 hectares, this district serves as the nerve center of the project. It comprises of 34 plots, where investors can develop their own projects (in line with International City’s themes and aesthetics). All 10 storey towers in the Central District will house retail outlets on the ground floor and each tower will have basement parking for 130 vehicles.
Forbidden City consists of a 240,000 square meter replica of the iconic Forbidden City in China. This development will host a variety of entertainment facilities, in addition to retail and restaurant outlets, public squares and authentic Chinese-themed displays.
