The Water Homes are a series of elevated retreat homes linked together by boardwalks to form a 12km chain. The 1060 Water Homes boast luxurious amenities inside and feature private moorings for personal boats. Positioned strategically they form a verse of Arabic poetry composed by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which when read from above, reads: “Take wisdom from the wise – not everyone who rides a horse is a jockey.”
The Palm Jebel Ali is the middle-sized island of the three Palm Islands (Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira). It is located on the Jebel Ali coastal area of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The unique man-made palm-shaped island will consist of a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that will form a water-breaker.
