Basic Design Criteria:

The proposed design drawings have been developed in the light of the project requirement & developer guidelines. The development style and character are inspired by the modern style of buildings at the lively Sheikh Zayed Road.

The front façade of the tower is facing the cluster plaza space, North West façade is facing Sheikh Zayed Road, with a special view at the Jumeirah Palm, Marina towers, and South East façade is facing the lakes.

The project contains 7 shops and 1 café shop at the ground floor, 12 offices from 1st floor to 3rd floor (4 offices each) and from the 4th floor to the 34th floor (300 studios, 93 flats 1 bed rm., 39 flats 2 bed rm. and 7 flats 3 bed rm.

Facilities & Amenities:

The project contains 7 shops and 1 café shop at the ground floor. In addition an outdoor dining deck is located at the 1st floor of the adjacent retails area for the café shop below and gymnasium is located on the 31st floor with an area of 340 m². Also there a swimming pool on the 33rd floor. Two cores of six high-speed elevators & two escape stairwells (with a separated egress from basement & tower at grade level and open directly to outside open space) located in the centre and surrounded by areas of different functions are at the spine of the tower.
