Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park ( DuBiotech ) is Middle East’s first and foremost Science and Business Park dedicated to global Life Science, DuBiotech is a hub fostering collaborations and innovation through its commitment to Life Science research, education and industry nationally and internationally.
DuBiotech, upon completion, will cover 30 million square feet of built-up area. It is strategically located in a prime area of Dubai. The 22 million square feet Park is divided into zones that are dedicated to various initiatives and companies of all sizes from across the Life Science value chain with an emphasis on Research and Development.

DuBiotech is situated in Dubai and occupies a prominent location between the Al Khail and Emirates Road highways. Upon completion, the DuBiotech community will be in excess of 20 million sq ft of built up area, constructed over several phases.
DuBiotech is situated in close proximity to several of Dubai’s superprojects. Within a 10 minute drive Dubailand, Dubai Autodrome, Dubai Sports City and Dubai Studio City are all reachable, as is Mall of the Emirates, the largest shopping, retail and leisure destination in the Middle East.
