Jumeirah Islands is an upscale and exclusive self-contained complex of 46 clusters within man-made islands spread across an area of 300 hectares.
The intricate real estate project comprises a total of 736, four and five-bedroom villas designed along four core themes. Jumeirah Islands’ themed villas offer a mix of architectural styles drawn from all over the world and reflect the international influence in Dubai.

The islands are separated into 46 clusters. Each cluster comprises 16 individually styled villas. Delivery of the first 300 villas has already been completed and there are 170 families presently living in the Jumeirah Islands.
All the 736 villas forming the Jumeirah Islands development will be delivered by June 2006. All villas are passed through a rigorous customer feedback process that addresses homeowner concerns. The process is managed by teams of dedicated craftsman that complete all necessary adjustments.
Nakheel is introducing retail areas and a dedicated clubhouse for residents of the Jumeirah Islands. Lakes form such an integral part of the Jumeirah Islands, with a land to water ratio of 23/77, that it is believed to be the highest in the world.
